I love France.

It is not only the 67 million people that live in France, in western Europe, in a country with an area of 643,801 km2, because they have to share their beautiful land with the visitors. France receives more than 70 million tourists per year (about 85 million in 2017).

Yes, It is one of the biggest tourism destinations in the world because it is geographically very well located in Europe and has a big diversity of things to do and to see. France has so many tourism attractions that is hard to write about it. In general, France has wonderful Gastronomy, Architecture, Art, History, Cultural Heritage, diversity of life style, lots of events, many restaurants and hotels, so many options between beaches, natural areas, mountains, small business, big industries and much more like sports, religiosity, shopping, transportation, etc.

Besides Paris, the capitol, I like the countryside of it, with the very charming villages, specially Cognac, Reims, Bordeaux. The most famous are Paris, French Riviera, Provence, Loire Valley.  I recommend you read a lot before you go, so you can do what you like most. You may realize that you need more than one trip there to be able to do all the things you like. I am particularly attracted to the Gastronomy, wine, champagne and cognac, to the Architecture in Paris, to the small business in the country side and all the history. The list of the UNESCO’s world heritage in France is long: about 37 sites registered, including the ones from the first century! Wow.

Eu amo a França.

Não são somente as 67 milhões de pessoas que vivem lá na França, na parte Oeste da Europa, num país de área de 643.801 km2, porque eles dividem essa terra linda com os seus visitantes. A França recebe mais de 70 milhões de turistas por ano (cerca de 85 milhões em 2017).

Sim, é uma das maiores destinações turísticas do mundo porque ela é geograficamente muito bem situada na Europa e tem uma grande diversidade de coisas para fazer e ver. A França tem tantas atrações turísticas que é difícil escrever sobre elas. Em geral, a França tem uma gastronomia maravilhosa, arte, arquitetura, história, patrimônio cultural, diversidade de estilos de vida, cheia de eventos, muitos restaurants e hotéis, tantas opções entre praias, áreas naturias, montanhas, pequenos negócios, grandes indústrias e muito mais como esportes, religiosidade, compras, transportes, etc.

Além de Paris, a capital, eu gosto do interior da França, com suas cidadezinhas charmosas, especialmente Cognac (Conhaque), Reims, Bordeaux. As áreas mais famosas são Paris, Riviera Francesa, Provence, Vale do Loire. Eu recomendo você ler muito sobre a França antes de ir, assim você poderá fazer aquilo que mais gosta. Você talvez entenda que precisará mais de uma viagem para ser capaz de fazer todas as coisas que gosta. Eu sou particularmente atraída pela gastronomia, vinhos, champagnes e conhaques, pela arquitetura em Paris, pelos pequenos negócios no interior e toda a história. A lista de lugares na França que são patrimônio cultural da humanidade declarados pela UNESCO é grande: cerca de 37 lugares oficialmente registrados, incluindo aqueles do século I! Wow.
